Mercell is looking for 2 dedicated Customer Service Agents who will guide and provide world-class service to our customers. The position is full-time, primarily aimed at our Danish customers.
Role and purpose
In the role as Customer Service Agent, you will help and guide our customers with everything from simple IT issues such as password reset and guidance in our systems to more advanced and complex support. It is important that you are a communicative person and enjoy managing customer relationships via telephone, e-mail and our ticket system. The customers will be mainly Scandinavian speaking, and you will communicate in both written and spoken language.
You will provide excellent support and guidance to our buyers and suppliers in our web based platform, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
As a Mercellian, you will contribute to great teamwork and spirit internally, also between departments and locations, to maintain high employee satisfaction and to optimize ways of working towards our customers on a group level.
Who are you?
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong digital literacy skills and proven ability to navigate within unfamiliar software
- Solid understanding of confidentiality and other professional codes of conduct
- Structured and a proactive mindset
- Self-starter; able to make use of downtime efficiently and productively
It is an advantage if you have experience working in help desk, customer service, IT support or call center. Other service experience may also be of value and will be considered.
- Fluency in speaking and writing Danish and English is required. If you also speak Swedish or Norwegian, that would be an advantage
- Experience within Tenders as buyer or supplier, or from similar role would be an advantage, but not a requirement
Start: As soon as possible
Working hours: 08:00-16:00
Location: Copenhagen or Odense (hybrid remote)
