Your Mission
As a Account Manager at Mercell, you will be part of the revenue team and report to the Head of Sales. We are a team of 10 sales professionals responsible for ensuring that we reach our revenue targets. We support suppliers with top of the line monitoring and analyzing services to win tenders in the public sector.
As our new Account Manager you will have an exciting and impactful role where we offer you a fun and inspiring workplace with developing existing customer relationships and establishing new ones. You will be part of a sales team where we work together to achieve success and where teamwork is the key to a well-functioning and successful work effort. We have an established product & service portfolio and among your colleagues there are both Customer Success Specialists and Sales Support experts to collaborate with. Core Responsibilities
- Ensure a consistent level of customer engagement through frequent sales activities, such as presenting web demos, making phone calls, sending emails and more
- Close deals on new customers and drive upsales on existing customers
- Through virtual web meetings with your customers, you perform solid needs analyses, build relationships and are a good ambassador for the Mercell brand
What we Need
- Good understanding of business to business sales and desire to establish strong customer relations
- Proven experience in an Account Manager role within sales
- Fluency in Swedish and English
