Ditt uppdrag

Vi söker en talangfull ekonomiassistent med ett öga för detaljer och passion för siffror, redo att ansvara för vår kundreskontra i några av våra bolag i Sverige och andra nordiska länder. I arbetet kommer du att ha kontakt med många kunder i olika branscher och storlekar. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att ge dig möjlighet att inte bara tillämpa dina kunskaper i praktiken utan även påverka och fortsätta utveckla vårt uppdrag.

Du kommer att ingå i ett dynamiskt redovisningsteam med åtta erfarna och kompetenta kollegor och rapportera direkt till Country Financial Manager. Det här är en kontraktsanställning i vårt team med begränsad varaktighet fram till den 31/12/2023, med möjlighet till förlängning.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

• Ansvara för den dagliga faktureringen, från att order är skapad till att fakturan distribueras med korrekt moms och information.
• Bokföra och periodisera fakturan.
• Bevaka obetalda fakturor och skicka påminnelser.
• Arbeta nära våra kunder och säkerställa att vi distribuerar fakturan på bästa sätt.
• Stötta vid månadsrapportering av kundreskontran.
• Vara behjälplig vid tillfälliga projekt.

Vad vi behöver

• Du har en bakgrund inom ekonomi och redovisning i en liknande roll.
• Du är en van användare av IT-system och ERP-system.
• Du har erfarenhet av kundfakturering och betalningspåminnelser.
• Du har förmåga att kommunicera klart och tydligt i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska, gärna även på något av de övriga skandinaviska språken.
• Du har en stark analytisk förmåga, har ett strukturellt tänkande kombinerat med ett naturligt intresse för detaljer.

Your Mission 

We are looking for a talented Accountant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers to take ownership of the daily accounting operations and account receivables for our growing Swedish and/or other Nordic entities. You will support a large number of exciting customers - in different industries and sizes. Your tasks will allow you to not only apply your skills into practice but keep learning and further developing a large understanding of the business. 

You will have a key role of being responsible for the accuracy of our accounting operations, reporting and bookkeeping. At the same time you'll have the freedom and opportunity to make your mark, influence and define each of them. 

You'll be joining a dynamic Accounting team of eight experienced and competent colleagues and reporting directly to the Country Financial Manager. This is a contractor position in our team with limited duration until 31/12/2023 with the possibility of extension. Core Responsibilities  

• Be responsible for the day-to-day invoicing, from order to creating invoice with correct VAT and distribute the invoice.
• Accounting, booking and accrual of the invoice.
• Monitor, send reminders and follow up on unpaid invoices.
• Working closely with our customers managing all our invoicing procedures. 
• Contribute on monthly reporting.
• Support ad hoc accounting projects of your interest.

What we Need  

• You have solid financial and accounting background combined with proven experience in a similar role.
• You are experienced user of IT systems and ERPs. 
• You have experience in customer invoicing and dunning.
• You have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and spoken English and Swedish, and preferably in one of the Scandinavian languages.
• You possess strong analytical skills, have a structural mindset combined with a natural attention to details.
