We are rapidly expanding and have during the last couple of months included post-award platforms to our product portfolio with the acquisition TrueLink and Tricom in Denmark. Mercell Group became a publicly traded company on the Merkur Market on the Oslo Stock Exchange in July 2020 and raised extra new capital to fund the growth to Europe’s leading e-tendering and procurement solutions provider. EU-Supply is part of the Mercell Group. EU-Supply delivers leading software for managing procurement tenders and contracts online. The eSourcing platform is used mainly by public sector organisations across Europe and is the national platform for countries such as Ireland, Norway and Lithuania. Due to signification recent growth and strategic contract wins in Germany, EU-Supply is looking for a Sales Applications Consultant to drive the expansion in Germany.
You can be based in either Roskilde or Copenhagen. You will part of a great office atmosphere with colleagues from the Mercell Groups companies – a total of 100 people in Denmark. Your core responsibility is to perform customer webinars for the German market, follow-up on webinar participants, consult, write offers and close deals. This is followed by simple implementation and customer training. In addition, you will participate in other pre-sales activities, account management and ad hoc help. Sometimes you might work with clients in other markets. Customers are enlisted to webinars by an external partner in Germany. Your sales process will start with the customer webinar demonstrations. You will primarily be working from the offices in Denmark. An average of 2 days monthly travels for customer meetings in Germany or internal events in the Nordic countries must be expected. Further, you have the opportunity to take on and grow into an account management role.
You will report to the EU-Supply Country Manager for Germany and Denmark.
Who are you?
- Experience selling SaaS solutions – preferably through online meetings or webinars
- Technically minded, with good understanding of SaaS delivery
- You love sales and you get a kick closing deals!
- You speak/write German - Full professional proficiency
- Knowledge of public procurement and sSourcing would be an advantage, but not essential
- Agile, pro- active, creative problem solver and self-starter
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- MS Office and/or G Suite user
- An exciting sales role in a great growth company
