Your Mission
We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join our Group Marketing team.
The Customer Marketing Manager will serve as the primary liaison to our Customer Success team, collaborating closely to execute strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Your core expertise lies in content creation, campaign management and digital marketing.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop targeted value messages and campaigns tailored to different
customer segments. - Develop and implement customer lifecycle marketing programs to nurture
customers, onboard new customers, drive repeat purchases, and re-engage
inactive customers. - Great ideas don't happen in a vacuum. You'll collaborate closely with cross-
functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Customer Success and
Product, to bring our creative vision to life. - Mapping out customer journeys and developing campaigns and content
aligned to those journeys, ensuring a seamless execution across channels - Collaborate with Customer Success to identify opportunities for cross-selling
and upselling to existing customers. - Develop marketing campaigns and promotions for new product launches or
upgrades including webinars, blog posts, infographics, social media, emails
etc. - Develop strategies to encourage customers to share their positive
experiences, testimonials, and user-generated content. - Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Planning, organising, and executing various types of events and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience (ideally 3+ years) in Customer Marketing roles or similar, in a tech or SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing
principles, and retention strategies. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively across teams. - Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluent in English language, preferably native in one of the Nordic languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
(Master's degree preferred). - Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.

Duration: Full time
Workplace type: Hybrid remote
Location: May be based in the following locations where Mercell has a legal entity such as Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark and Finland.
