Your Mission 

Join us as Senior Product Manager for Product Operations reporting to the Product Director and help shape the future of our next-generation public procurement platform. You’ll drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle, ensuring we scale effectively while staying user-focused and insight-driven.

You’ll act as the glue between product, design, engineering, and commercial teams—putting the right processes, tools, insights, and feedback loops in place to support smarter decision-making and seamless product delivery.

Core Responsibilities  

• Run user research and structure feedback into actionable insights
• Manage idea intake and foster a culture of innovation
• Own product analytics and drive data-informed decisions
• Lead product maintenance, triage, and localization workflows
• Support migrations and internal stakeholder enablement
• Champion tools, processes, and best practices for scaling
• Oversee roles, permissions, and subscription frameworks

Required Qualifications  

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ops roles
• Strong analytical skills (Amplitude, Quicksight, or similar)
• Proven ability to structure feedback and support cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
• A user-first mindset and drive for continuous improvement
