Your Mission
As a Revenue Operations Intern at Mercell, you’ll get the chance to make a real impact while diving deep into the fast-paced world where sales, customers, and finance meet.
This is your opportunity to learn hands-on, contribute to meaningful projects, and explore what it’s like to work in an international company.
Specifically, you will be part of our dynamic Sales & Revenue Operations team of 12 colleagues and work closely with our Head of Revenue Enablement. Together, we make sure Mercell has the best-in-class tools, processes, and systems to fuel growth and support our Revenue, Customer, and Finance teams.

Core Responsibilities
- Accurately extract and organize key data points from various contracts.
- Update internal databases with collected information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify contract details and ensure consistent data interpretation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in data collection and management.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Finance, Law, Data Science, or a related field).
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numerical data.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Temporary (≈6 months duration)
Workplace type: Hybrid remote
Locations: Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm (candidates need to be already based in one of these locations)
