Your Mission
We see the following qualities as important to thrive and evolve in this role:

• Hands-on knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian and Microsoft Intune/Azure
• Support experience with both Microsoft and Apple products
• Customer focused attitude with an affinity for the support role
• A curious mindset and a will to learn new technologies

Core Responsibilities  

• Responsible for the IT support needs of our office in Utrecht and further afield
• Working with our team to support our employees throughout Europe, the Nordics and the Baltic regions
• On and Off boarding of our employees 
• Maintaining hardware and software needs of the company and interacting with our various 3rd party vendors
• Participating in projects within the team to improve processes and infrastructure

Required Qualifications  

• Previous experience in IT Operations, IT Support or a similar technical role
• Relevant education within the field of Information Technology
• Knowledge and/or certifications in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Microsoft, or Apple
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is a plus

Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Full time
Workplace type: Hybrid — with an expected presence in the office approximately 3 days per week, in line with the nature of the role
Location: The Netherlands, Utrecht
