Your Mission
As our new Product Owner you will have an exciting and impactful role shaping the future of our next-generation public procurement platform. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the product backlog of two Scrum development teams, working in a collaborative, international, and inclusive environment.

Core Responsibilities
• Own and manage the product backlog: Prioritize, refine, and maintain the product backlogs for two Scrum teams to align with business priorities and user needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Act as the primary liaison to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and communicate progress and challenges effectively.
• Define and validate requirements: Create actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria and validate deliverables to ensure quality and business value.
• Engage in scrum events: Actively participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support team progress and foster collaboration.
• Adapt and champion agile principles: Adjust plans based on feedback and market changes while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience (ideally 4+ years) as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS and Agile environments.
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; familiarity with SAFe practices (POPM certification is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum), Lean-Agile practices, and experience with tools like Jira for backlog management.
Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and Lean-Agile practices.
Fluent in (written and spoken) English.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of public procurement is a plus.
Additional languages that our customers speak: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Dutch.

Workplace type: Hybrid, working onsite at the office (min. 2 days per week) and from home, balancing flexibility with collaboration
