Your Mission
We are looking for two (2) Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our Supply -Side Sales team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the engine of our growth across the Swedish market and the first point of contact for public sector organisations looking to transform how they manage procurement through technology.
Your focus is the top of the funnel identifying, engaging, and qualifying the right opportunities, and setting Account Executives up for success. You'll be the bridge between market potential and real conversations, working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where your energy and discipline directly shape results.
If you thrive on outbound, take rejection in your stride, and are motivated by the idea of building something meaningful in a new market this is your role.
Core Responsibilities
Proactively engage relevant decision-makers across the Swedish market, with a strong focus on warm inbound leads and customer-generated enquiries, complemented by targeted outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and social selling.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities, maintaining a strong and consistent pipeline for the sales team.
Schedule and hand over high-quality meetings (SQLs) to Account Executives, following structured qualification frameworks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring full pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
Continuously refine your outreach strategies and messaging based on market feedback and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong outbound experience and confidence in high-volume prospecting activities.
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and structured pipeline management.
Ability to quickly understand customer needs and effectively qualify opportunities.
Comfortable working in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment.
Fluent in Swedish and English at professional level.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly motivated with a genuine drive to achieve and continuously improve.
Resilient and at ease handling rejection in a high-volume outbound environment.
Strong communication and objection handling skills.
Structured, disciplined, and consistent in execution.
A team player who can also work independently and proactively.

Workplace type: Hybrid - working onsite at the office min. 3 days and from home, balancing flexibility with collaboration
